One plan: $99.99 a year. Send as many faxes as you normally would — with hard fair-use caps so the service stays fast, cheap, and clean for everyone.
What $99.99/year includes
- Fax any US or Canada number by emailing number@faxthisemail.com with a PDF, PNG, or JPEG attached — or by uploading a file on the site.
- Your own US or Canada inbound fax number, bought for you once payment lands. Faxes sent to it arrive in your inbox as a PDF.
- A plain-language email back for every send: queued, or why we held it.
- Faxes you receive don't count against the sending caps below.
The sending caps
- 1,200 pages per year. Counted per calendar year; the count resets on January 1 (UTC).
- 8 faxes per day.
- 40 pages per day. Daily counts reset at midnight UTC.
- At least 60 seconds between sends.
Pages are counted from the document you send. A PNG or JPEG counts as one page.
What happens past a cap
The fax is not sent, and you are not charged anything extra — there are no overage fees. We email you right away saying which cap you hit. Past the daily caps, try again the next day (UTC) or split a large document. Too soon after your last send? Wait a minute and resend. If you hit the yearly cap and genuinely need more, write to hello@faxthisemail.com.
Rules that keep it clean
- Verified email only. We only fax from the email address you verified after paying. Faxes emailed from any other address are not sent.
- Paid year required. If your year lapses, sending stops until you renew. If an account stays unpaid for 7 days, its inbound fax number is released.
- US and Canada destinations only (numbers starting with +1).
- Blocked destinations: premium-rate and special area codes (900, 976, 700, 500, 710), emergency and N11 service codes like 911 and 411, and reserved fictional 555-01xx numbers.
- No bulk or junk faxing. The caps are hard limits: "unlimited" here means everyday business use, never raw uncapped volume.
